Adam-ondi-Ahman is located in Clay County, Missouri. It was revealed to Joseph Smith that the valley of Adam-ondi-Ahman is the place where Adam blessed his posterity after being driven out of the Garden of Eden. This is also the site of a future grand council where Jesus Christ will meet with His stewards of all dispensations and they will return to Him the keys of the kingdom in preparation for His Second Coming. Only those called to the meeting will know of its occurrence, but the scriptures tell us that among those present will be Adam, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Elijah, Elias, Peter, James, John, John the Baptist and Moroni. There are no buildings or tabernacles or centers for gathering; just a quiet peaceful farmland where one can go to feel the Spirit of God.
